Kenneth Wiliams would have to be my all time favourite. Then there's Frankie Howerd and Julian Clary, both masters of the double entendre. Liberace was good too. He was a great pianist although someone told me he sucked on the organ.
Rufus Wainwright is a flamer...and I love his music and his voice.

I used to love watching Graham Norton's show too he's really funny.
Dobbie, funnily enough I heard a comedian tell that in a gay club in London some time ago. I was going to say Eddie Izzard too, but from memory I think he's a straight cross dresser.
