They mostly ignored me, as my Hubby was DF and my meeting attendance was spotty. When they did, it was more of a nag type thing. I would feel depressed afterword. The last time it was the CO. They told me I was in severe spiritual danger. After years of being told what a bad JW I was, I didn't care. I still thought it was "the truth" at that point, but I just couldn't do it any more or even pretend I intended to. They knew nothing about me or what I had been through and I couldn't relate to them. I made the final break shortly after.

Hmmm.... I was officially put out of the "pasture"/ marked sometime between 6½ and 7¼ years old. Only thing that could count as a "shepherding call" would be Bro Olm*** telling me I was a liar and evil for the next 27years. Why.....well who knows??????? They refuse to tell me my crime/crimes still even as an adult.
I am also banned from FS
never been entitled to KMs (keep posting them plz)
already have been told no kool-aid WT for me
So much for my dedication/attendance all these years.......

one elder really cared and tried, but had no answers. two others were dunces, and they had no answers or encouragement, and urged me not to speak of these matters to others. I said if this is a new truth, should we hide it under a basket, or put on the table for all to see. Do not tell others about this!

OOPs forgot to mention I did get to spend some summers in a "critical thinking" congregation. That insisted that my local congregation was just a weak cong due to weak minded men and to keep my faith...(ie wait and be patient)
They still call and give encouragement from 2500 miles away.
So I guess that is my silver lining!
