I have not read about it yet or had it suggested by the orth doc. It will be the same doc that did it last time and everything went great then.

BrentR ..Had this procedure and it was extremely painful for little benefit and short term - L3,4,5 and two disks in the neck as well .The surgeon then suggested a year in traction in hospital getting bolted up but I said forget it .
Injuries 18 years ago ,had injections about 12 years ago but then stumbled on a procedure called (excuse spelling) percatanecous myotomy ,which entails having the nerves severed in the muscle tissue ,but they heal and relieve the pain like nothing else did. And then over the years saline injections to the back ligaments which make them stronger to support the damaged area. PM me if you want to know more. I was a cripple ,but work regularly in the building trade now.
