FFM Top of the World is a great choice, in fact i might go and dig out my Carpenters cd in a mo!
Sounds daft and you'd be totally right to sympathise with my poor neighbours but i find the best way to lift my spirits is to clean the house singing out songs from musicals, Tell me on a Sunday, King and I, My Fair Lady, even Godspell lol! Other than that i put on classical music and play it very loudly.
