After careful consideration and after I have found a lot of backing, I have decided to sue The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, and I, David Carter will NOT agree to a GAG order of any sort. Please do not take offense and please do not judge me. Time Tells ALL!

This will be a long, tedious process. Based on what happened in a case here in Minnesota, the Watchtower sends lawyers to smooth-talk the judges into believing the Society has no responsibility to protect its members, and that elders have 'clergy privilege'. The damn WTS keeps winning these cases because our society is lenient toward crazy religions.
I'll watch with interest to see if your case will put a dent in the WTS' stranglehold on these judicial decisions here in the US.
