I've always enjoyed fire. As a kid I could sit and watch a candle for long periods of time--the curl of smoke floating away so gracefully, the warm feeling engendered by not only the physical heat, but the passionate color of the crimson flames, the scent and allure that is so peaceful. . .Ah yes, fire is good.

How much did I take to get that effect? The recommended dosage using the little cap as a guideline. I'll bet you I haven't taken anymore since. That was a trip without a piece of luggage!
