May I suggest posting your message on various Jehovah's Witness web sights. That would be the cheapest thing to do, although it is difficult to join. The more expensive route would be to look the Kingdom Hall's in the San Diego phone book and send your message to each one. If one of the Elders (pastors) thinks it is fitting, he may post it on the announcement board. There are no guarentees, but it is worth a shot. Good Luck! Thanks for your post I'll be listening.

For interesting article on lying try Awake feb 8 2000.
The article condems lying per se but then goes on to say that you neednt always give the whole truth.
"Of course being truthful does not mean that we are obligated to divulge all information to anyone who asks it of us."
Then follows Matt 7v6 quoted.
"For example individuals with wicked intent may have no right to know certain things. Christians understand that they are living in a hostile world."
