My parents did not come to our wedding either. But, get this... My mother called her non JW-sister (my aunt) and asked her to go to our wedding as a representation of 'the family'. Of course I was quite happy to have her there, but what the blue blazes was my Mom thinking? That calling in a stunt double would be ok or make us feel better? Good grief! What a looney-bird.

Just so I don't have to hear it asked of me a million times. This marriage is called off. Sometimes things don't work as planned and this is one of them. So whatever the case may be, I thank all of you for your well wishes and I send my love to each of you and appreciate if nobody asks me to explain.
