Don't mind the odd cup of earl grey, green tea. Peppermint tea is great for when I'm recovering from a cold.

For the best regular Ice Tea, I love CAINS tea. I don't know how widespread it is, but you can't beat the taste. Lipton iced tea, just doesn't compare.

chai tea, hot or cold. I brew my own.
stone pot, black tea bags, a sweetener of your choice, ginger, Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom (love this spice), milk or half and half or both.
Pour the hot water over the tea bags in the stone pot. Let it brew for 10-15 or until the tea is not weak. Take the tea bags out and then add all other ingredients. Let it set for at least 10-15 minutes so, It will be so good, you will have a hard time sharing. Do not reheat entire pot, reheat by the cup. I promise there is a reason.

After watching the Alton Brown "Good Eats" episode on tea, I've been turned on to loose leaf tea. Wow...what a difference between that and tea bags.
I love Earl Grey, Chamomile, Black Pekoe, Orange Pekoe. Don't like green much at all.

I use loose tea as well. I got some nice holders for loose tea for brewing loose tea.........even one sent to me from England!
Organic tea bags or unbleached tea bags are better though, than reg bags
I love tea and will drink just about any kind and enjoy it. Good ole southern glass of iced tea is the best. Sun tea if you have the time.
But, my doc has taken me off caffiene. For two months now, and even now, people knowning what a huge tea drinker I am, they will ask me how I am doing without it.

I like best green tea with jasmine or green tea with bergamot, not with the artificial flavouring but rather the real jasmine and bergamot. I drink it with some honey.

I'm not really a tea drinker but when I do drink tea it's Good Earth Original Sweet and Spicy Herb Tea. I used to love to go to the Good Earth resturant and walk in the door cuz the smell of that tea was all over the place.
