They fly by commercial flights, normally First Class.
My wife in the innocence of youth once asked Nathan Knorr why he traveled First Class and she lived to tell the tale. His answer was well rehearsed, that is that people expected the head of a huge Organization to travel in such a manner and it would not bring dignity to the Organization not to do so!
I think she would have respected him more if he had just told her to "bugger off you little peasant" and been honest about it. :)

I wonder if they make it a point to never travel in the same vehicle together at the same time, just incase ithey all die in a crash and the rest of the JWs don't know who to appoint next. Of course if they did that, that would be like admitting they weren't 100% sure God was with them...
Reminds me of an old story circulated amongst the dubs 40 - 50 years ago (gather 'round the campfire, kiddies and I'll tell ye a tale!):
It seems that, during a commercial flight, the pilot got on the horn and told the passengers: "We are honored to have two famous people on this flight - the actor Paul Newman and Nathan H. Knorr, President of the Watchtower Society."
According to the legend, everyone ignored Paul Newman and clamored in awe around Knorr, asking questions and basking in his fairydust.
Witnesses repeated this story to themselves ad nauseum for years.

this is what i thought is this thread is all about... what would happen, when they're all on one flight and the plane crashes rendering everyone dead... omg. for some it would be like god saying "they're wrong", others would think its just a random accident... and the other interesting thing is what would do their succeeders, when they would have a complete free hand to form the society...
I wonder if they are like politicians, they go to the area's where donations have droped, or more seem to be leaving the fold, suspicious aren't I , but it is probable don't you think?
