Well, one of the "surprises" won't be all that surprising or novel (except in scope): billboards. Adverts offering help for JWs and families/friends of JWs. These will be non-critical beyond offering help in escaping JWs (which is only a subjective perceptual implication of JWs being trapped) and they will be untouchable from a legal standpoint, so there is no harm in revealing it. Also, there will be no way to combat these except to notify JWs to ignore them until they go away.

But the public perception of and awareness of JWs will change. There really is nothing the WTS can really do to spin that away.
