Kinda mixed on this one. I was never really a fan but the songs were played alot in my youth. Telephone line or something like that comes to mind

" Yours Truly, 2095 " from the Time album circa 1981 was really good. Think my favorite album from them where I feel they peaked was "out of the Blue " 1977." Sorrow About to Fall", " Evil Woman ", " Night in the City ", and " Telephone Line " were a few of my favorites. Had to go dust off my old albums in the cabinet to remember these songs. LOL! Peace out, Mr. Flipper

Linda, thanks so much for this thread. ELO was always (since 1977) my favorite band.
"TURN TO STONE" is their absolute best song.
I love "Concerto for a Rainy Day" from their "Out of the Blue" album.
They did a knockout job with their rendition of "Roll Over Beethoven".
Telephone Line / Showdown / Livin' Thing
So many ......

'Out of the blue' was their peak. 'Mr Blue Sky' is great

Too damn many to name!
I always play Lonesome Lullaby first thing.
I'm rather fond of all of the Out of the Blue, Time, Secret Messages, Balance of Power, and Zoom albums.
Ticket to the Moon totally rocks.
Four Little Diamonds, Letter From Spain...
ALL OF THEM.
