Nvr, great post.
It is so important for me to move forward but, never forget the past. For me, I am who I am now in part due to the events that I have lived and learned from. I have learned to appreciate the negative experiences of my past and use them to bring about positve experiences for my future thanks to good people like you.

We all need to vent.
It's a critical part of deprogramming.
But I'm thankful to the good friends on here that gave me a heads-up when they saw me heading towards bitterness.
It's easier to notice someone is getting bitter when they post over 8500 posts in under 8 months.
If you aren't keen on sharing your ups and downs here, make sure you are keen on sharing with
someone somewhere. Get a support system in place. It can be from your JWD friends or your
family or your therapist or a group therapy session or coworkers. Whatever you need, please
don't be afraid to ask for help.I have found immeasurable help here. Nice thoughts, Nvr.
