"Millions Now Living Will Never Die" was simply a publicity campaign of Rutherford's, nothing more than that.
The phrase eventually was even used in a Science Fiction novel by James Blish.

These are news clippings from the run-up to 1925, of talks given by William E. Van Amburgh, Secretary-Treasurer of the WTB&TS. These clippings were selected and provided by Mr. Van Amburgh himself, in a handbill he printed for advertising his lectures. I found a copy of his handbill in his alumni materials at Carlton College.
Thanks Leo,
Amazing just how much reproach they brought on God and no wonder the majority consider them false prophets, not God's messengers.
