  Thanks for all your replies. I enjoy all your responses, so keep em comin' ! I enjoy the serious replies and the funny ones, doesn't matter, it's all good ! My son knows what he saw, and I know too , there is something out there , that is unexplained that needs discovering , in time he and I intend to do it , all in good time ! So I'll respond to you all.

  LADY LIBERTY- Yes. As you mentioned it is rather scary to think this huge ape is out there roaming around watching you. And from what my son told me about his first encounter with this animal, he said, " The scream or roar is like nothing he has ever heard . So eerie , it sounds otherworldly ". There are vocalizations of this animal you can listen to on the internet. Just type in " Bigfoot Vocalizations " and google it and you can tap into some websites which play recordings other people have made of it's roar or scream, however you describe it. I've heard them, very interesting. Thank you for believing me and your vote of confidence. It means a lot.

  HOMEROVAH- You have to understand my friend, this huge creature doesn't just walk up to your camp and say , " Hi, I'm Bigfoot, would you like to take a picture with me ?! " We are dealing with an animal that is very good at staying away from humans if at all possible , just like mountain lions and other reclusive animals do. It's no mystery, the animal would rather be left alone . As you said, mommy and baby Bigfoot are probably safe hiding in some remote canyon somewhere safe, waiting for daddy Bigfoot to bring home the bacon! LOL! There is film footage proof, not just the Patterson film, there are castings of footprints that have been made. And thousands of eyewitnesses over the years. Hundreds alone in California in the last 15 years or so. Also, I have talked to and had private mailed to me members of our board who have seen the creature or had altercations with it and heard it, personally. But for the sake of their privacy and staying true to the confidence they have in me I would never reveal their names, as I don't want them to go through ridicule having to deal with doubters of what they say. Why do ya think they want it to be kept in confidence ? I don't blame them. I will live up to their trust and respect though.

  SIMON- Thanks for your response and feedback ! I respect your opinion, but this creature is real. If that picture is not a Bigfoot print, then what kind of animal makes a print like that ?

  ECLIPSE- My son did put his shoe next to the footprint when he did a moving video of it. I told him he should have put the shoe there when he took the still picture too. He said, " I know . Just an oversight. "

  SIX of NINE- Didn't see any brown paper bag with dog poo, however we saw lots of bear poo up there on the trip !

  ANNE B- Well I did find poop along the river shore when we were fishing , but my son said it was raccoon poop. I was suspicious at first because it had little crawdad remains in it. But it was whitish but too small to be Bigfoot poop. There was tons of bear poop, I didn't think you wanted to see a picture of that, did you ? However from my son's first encounter last May on film he did get a picture of the " alleged " Bigfoot poop. It was as big a dump as a turkey serving platter, one foot deep by two feet wide worth . I will try to get him to e-mail me the picture so you can see. Aren't I so accomadating ? Peace out, Mr. Flipper

  How can it be perceivable that a supposedly large creature such as this has not run into man particularly in N. America for the past 300 hundred yrs.

  without any tangible evidence such as skeletal or fossil remains, thinking on terms of probability.

  If this creature was to exist it would have to forage with all the the other animals in the woods to survive and reproduce it self.

  If the biology is not there, the animal is not there, It's that simple.

  The whole key to the Sasquatch theory is skeletal remains of which there is none, irregardless of supposed sightings or unusual foot prints of which many

  have proved to be a hoax.

  It's difficult at times to find valued rational thinking in the human imagination of some people, but it's fun nevertheless

  HOMEROVAH- O.K. I will respond to your points, but I won't get into a pissing match with you about this. There are several very well respected LONG TIME POSTERS on this board who have confidentially confided in me, who have told me they personally have come across this animal . Are you saying they are being dishonest ? These people are legit. people, they would not yank my chain ! They are honest. And I could tell from the tone of their voice and seriousness of what they were writing and saying , they were not fabricating. I believe them, why not ?

  In regards to what people have seen in the last 300 years, well ,yes, there have been thousands of sightings all across the North American continent , by Native Americans , and others who have roamed the United States, Canada, and Alaska for centuries now . There are many substantiated sightings by multiple eyewitnesses at times that have occurred. There have been reports of sightings of families of Sasquatches, in tact with females with breasts visible, males, and young ones, smaller about 4 to 6 feet tall.

  There have been skeletal remains that were reported found in the great lakes area up near Minnesota a couple years ago that were taken to a local forensic laboratory for inspection and research. But what you may not realize about large animal bones out in the forest, is how seldom you ever come across these bones. You very rarely ever find bones of bear, mountain lions or other large animals. I have backpacked in the mountains for 35 years now and have only found partial bones 1 time in my life . Took a picture of it, didn't know what it was, but I'm sure my son's girlfriend , majoring in anthropology in college , could probably tell me if she looked at it. The biology is there just like other big animals, but just not many bones are found.

  But yes you were right about one thing. Sometimes it's difficult to find rational thinking in humans, who are unwilling to consider something outside their normal boundaries of comfort or their own experience ! Peace out to you, Mr. Flipper
