My mother is studying with the Baptists. It's her 2nd weekly study with a woman about her age, and today she told me this.

"Did you know that those that have "accepted Christ", have the same DNA?

Then I told her, where did you see that? She said in her study booklet. Then I said, show me in the bible where they say that. But then I also was thinking how 1914 isn't in the bible neither.....

That must make it hard for CSI's when one of them commit a murder (which they often do in order to get their crack fix). How do they know which junkie to arrest.

JH, you should let your mom know that those people also share 50% of their DNA with a potato or an orange, so she's therefore 50% potato.

I told her that Jesus is in heaven, and has no blood or DNA, unless he has a "spiritual DNA" incase there was a crime in heaven.

    Hi JH,

The mouse in your avatar photo has DNA remarkably similar to Christ's too.

It just occurred to me that with all the DaVinci code talk about Mary Magdalene being Jesus' wife and pregnant

at the time of his cruxifiction, along with talk of the blood lines of the Illuminati, the Knights Templar protecting

Mary and Jesus' progeny, etc., perhaps there is a belief out there that those with his blood may be the ones

chosen and being called into the fold. If you don't have this DNA, you don't belong to him and won't "hear"

the calling. Maybe the Witnesses (upper chambers only) secretly believe this, too, thus their stand against

    contamination of their blood.

Sheesh! I'm sounding weird even to myself. lol

If you want some more laughs, google up "jesus' dna"

Imagine if scientists could clone him.

I'm getting a good laugh out of this thread and the google search.

Edited to add, interesting question here:

This baptist group sounds too much like the JW's, something about the word "studying" that doesnt sit well with me.
