Does, "Happy but haunted" count for this club?
Cause that's how I'd describe myself. I'd say a good 75% of the time, I'm truly happy.
The other 25. . .the ghost in the mirror still follows me.
But I'm gaining on it.

I remember a good episode of "Cheers" from years ago. Rebecca was complaining about nothing working out in her life, and she said that people always told her that we get what we expect--that if we train ourselves to be optimists we'll live a happier life, or something to that effect. It's been a while since I've seen the show.
Anyway she says "But I know those people are full of crap. I tried being positive and believing things would be good for a while, but deep down I knew things wouldn't work out and they never did!" Ah well, guess you would a had ta be there. . . ;-)
