The cousin lives 8 miles from me and I have seen her 4 times in the last 30 years. At my mothers memorial, twice at Fuddruckers when we both happened to be having lunch at the same location, the one time she told me that my sister had, had surgery and that I should call her (If my sister chose not to tell me, she was having surgery. Why should I call her after she was back home recovering? I called and she made out like it was nothing.) and the fourth time when I crashed my Aunt and Uncles 50th anniversary party, that she gave and didn't invite me. I have meet my cousin's husband only once or twice. They are not my friends, they are not family. Why should I care?

Why do they need a real family? The WTS has supplied them a fantasy one. And the WTS writes about the importance of family, and claims they don't break them up.

With family like that, who needs strangers?

so she's going to the convention in Peru - she gets around, doesn't she? Did you say you'd go along and the three of you could share a room to save money? Heheheheh

How are you doing with the fires? I got an email from Barbara last night that you are OK. The wind has changed drection so all that smoke that blew out over the ocean is now coming back on land and the valley here is so full of smoke we can't see farther than down the street. That means you guys got hit with smoke twice - coming and going.
