That Sept KM discouraging doing research except by WT lit. is still on my mind. Most dubs have the CD for research at most and that stops at 1950. I they wanted to study the Foundation of JW on something they would be limited to the Proclaimers book and that only gives little snippets of the past. Of course the main problem is most dubs do not have the inclination to question and start a research project because they have never had an individual thought before, and are content to just "follow the Slave" (dang that is so Halloweenie).
Now thay you folks have told me to stop machine gunning my fam/friends I want to introduce very regular questions and ask them for answers...some of which I want them to do no research on at first as I need the answer quickly (if you want to know what THEY believe). I also think I want to do this by e-mail whenever possible so they can really review the question and their written answer. There is just something powerful to actuall look..and see.. what you have written and sent. Please add your own questions aimed at the FOUNDATION of JW.
1. How long did Russel and the early witnesses (IBS..what are the odds huh..BS would have been fine) teach that Jesus was coming in 1914?....no research on this one...how many would try to reply with a time period?
2. When did the WT start printing 1914 was Jesus invisible return?....Heck let em research...You would think that the biggest event in history since, Adam, Flood, Jesus birth/death/dissapearance would be so well known by every JW that the publishing date for that would roll of their tounge like Matt 24:14.
3. How long did Russel use Pyramid info to figure out his Bible interpretations? And when did the WT let everyone know we are no longer guided by King Tut?

Ok...lets keep it real, but can' we FORCE dubs to start using the grey matter with questions about how solid the FOUNDATION of a JW beliefs is? I mean we have had the "sandy soil-rock mass" handed to us.
