I second gopher's "edit" because the original is way too long for most newspapers to consider running. It's getting more difficult to find a newspaper that will run an anonymous letter these days.

Send it. The worst that happens is that you waste a stamp or the time to send an email.
By the way, to post from WORD, you must cut and paste into notepad or cut and paste
into an email, then send it to yourself. If you use an email, cut and paste from the
received email, and it will post here. I know it's a hassle, but it works for me either way.
