I am not into superstition, but my birthday is a pretty sixed one and '06 was an incredibly BAD one for me. Starting right about my birthday. The phone started ringing at midnight. My email box filled up and for every good there was a multiplexed by 10 bad. It was ever so bad. Then it took a 180 and stopped and really picked up for good right about my birthday 07. Odd. Everyone wished me a great year as Satan's baby in 06'...lol and yet, I think it was sarcasm.
