Uhh, none of that information is secret or anything. Cripes, I've read/heard most of that stuff in Popular Science and the History Channel.

All that video shows is some un-credentialed conspiracy theorist repeating stuff he read in the media with his own "the corporations! Bush! secret Nazis in space! Aauugh!" paranoid twist and a canned loop of cheesy "ominous" background music.

    Captain_Obvious frankie,

    Is this really news?

This could be summed up in two sentences:

A World Power must do everything within its means to remain a World Power.

If it does not do so, another World Power will emerge, that will do so.

    BA- History buff.

    Mar,

No one ever claimed this was secret, so I don't get your point.

    BA,

Obvious, yes so obvious that it escapes attention by the masses, and sacrosanct ground not to be acknolegded by the blind patriot.

*What* is escaping the attention of the masses?

That video was just a narrated pastiche of magazine articles, newspaper reports, and book excerpts with some paranoia frosting.

I failed to find a single point to the whole exercise other than some vague reference to Nazis behind the scenes at NASA perpetuating a fourth reich of sorts in space, and that George W and the corporations were also supposedly behind the plot.

Seriously, I want to know what the big fear is. The military-industrial complex is an issue that's been around since the end of world war II, space programs are just a tiny piece of the picture.

If you want to see a documentary on the subject, go rent "Why we fight." It raises good questions about the issue, unlike that tinfoil hat conspiracy crap posted above.

I have watched "Why we Fight" many times I think it very informative, I have even posted it on this site. I don't see conspiracy crap with the video "Arsenal of Hypocrisy" just plain facts, and quotes from people as well as documented agendas and history of the NASA space program, which is G. Orwelian in nature.

But tell, me please, what this hidden agenda is and why I should be worried about it?

That video brought nothing new to the table except some baseless speculation that Nazis are furthering an evil space domination plot behind the scenes at NASA.

    Mar,

I don't think it's hidden really, plenty of declassified documents, that confirm the military goals of the government funded space program,, maybe it might be hidden from the vast majority of Americans because of the national corporate owned news media fails to report such things as news, but it deffinately is not hidden, thanks to such things as the FOIA, and political analysists who bring these things to the public's attention.

That video brought nothing new to the table except some baseless speculation that Nazis are furthering an evil space domination plot behind the scenes at NASA.

It never said that the Nazis are behind it but that the USA used these Nazi scientist to start the US's space programs for military advange, it merely brings out the reasons and history of NASA's formation, what you said above is your own conclusion, and not the videos. I think you need to sharpen your observation skills a little more if you think they said that or were trying make you draw that conclusion. Sometimes we automatically project our own preconcieved ideas on to what we hear and don't understand correctly what is being stated.

    Greetings, Frankie:

Thanks for putting this up; I just finished the video and appreciated that it concluded with DDE's 1961 speech. I have read articles on the MIC in the past, and while I am certainly more discerning now than in the past about 'putting faith in every word,' I don't understand why Bruce Gagnon's presentation is being lambasted.

Isn't there such a thing as conspiracy "facts"?

    Gratefully,

Compound-Complex [not to be confused with Industrial-Complex]

    Excuse me?

Re-watch the segment between 06:44 and 09:23. He's outright saying that there was an "infection" (his words) of Nazi ideology that became the sinister driving force behind the space program. He even goes so far as to say the slogan for the US Space command is a thinly veiled update of "Deutschland über alles."

Again, I still want to know what I'm supposed to be so frightened about.
