Perhaps, a younger group of men is about to be placed on the dwindling Governing Body.
Well let's face it: they couldn't possibly get an older group of men to replace the present members.
They want to place all this stuff in motion before they can vote on any of it. It explains the younger men's eligibility, and it forces them to deal with doctrine already in
place as they try to change things.
You could very well be right OTWO, but this sounds so much like the tail wagging the dog, it isn't even funny. If they have to try and mold scriptures so they appear to support their already pre-conceived ideas, then obviously they're not being led by any "Holy Spirit". Since you can make the bible say anything you want, I think their biggest fear is that sooner or later, more and more Witnesses are going to pick up on this and come to the conclusion that this religion or cult, is not being run by anything other than men who have a terrible tract record of getting things wrong.......I mean, if these rumours are true, then this is a MAJOR doctrinal shift. Where's the apology to all the Witnesses who've been lied to for the past 72 years? Ooops, you must have read too much into what we were saying..........This really should be interesting to see.......
