The billing company I used to work for was outsourced.
Credit cards were denied when some tried using them, not because there was a balance, but becuase they had retruned mail!!! So I Know of two people stuck at the checkout with denied cards.
They tried to oursource Some radiology readings, CT scans, but they said it was a disaster. Maybe they don't have the same insides we have over there in India!!

Theoretically, the work will be passed around to cheaper countries, uplifting their standards of living, until they are more equal to the developed countries. 'Course, if it actually gets to something like that, then there will be something else, like robot factories making and doing everything. Who knows, it could get to be a materialistic utopia.
