Yup too lenient - he'll probably be out after serving half the time if he behaves.
And little chance of the soap/shower scenario - he'll probably be locked up on a section 43 with all the other paedophiles and child killers, not in the general prison population.
actually dropping the soap in prison isn't too bad, it's the bending down to pick it up that might get you in trouble.
I hadn't see this. A Canadian's telling me what's going in in my own country.
This is great news, although certainly he should have got a longer sentence. Also the judge who let him off a few months back might benefit from a Community Rehabilitation Order himself.

I agree....I think he pleaded guilty to something like 25 counts and they took place over several years. It truly boggles my mind how anyone can do something so low and then go to the KH with the view that you're God's chosen ones. If that's not enough, this guy was an elder wasn't he? How can you possibly sit in judgement on others in the congregation who might have committed fornication with their fiancee (which is normal), when he's hiding something discusting like this??

Exactly.....whenever I hear a judge give a very lenient sentence for a horrific crime, I can't help but think that the judge apparently does not consider child molestation to be a very serious crime.
Yes! Yes! Yes Yes!! Far too lame a sentance. However when I think of that assholes face as he held hands with his wife & walked away a free man, I don't think he will be quite so happy now. Hope he gets f**ked backwards by some big huge dirty rapist. Rot in hell!
PS - I wonder how much field service he has put in since August? Filth, from top to bottom!
Anyway, his leniant sentence was just overturned, and it looks like he better not drop the soap in the communial shower for the next 18 monthsPlease for decency sake don't say that. Think of the poor guy that is going to rape him.
Not long enough but at least it got overturned.
Is this the same guy that molested an 18month old?
Regardless, the current sentence is no where near enough.
