Remploy only help people in certain situations.

Sorry to hear that, badboy.
Why was the Remploy person there at all anyway? Did they offer you some employment with them? If they do, you should consider it cos they're good places to work, there is a Remploy factory in my town which does book binding and a couple of my customers work there. Sadly its closing down - not much need for small book binding companies now
Whatever you do, try not to lose heart. Keep doing the things you love doing - ever thought about going to college or uni to study those topics you enjoy? You could maybe do that and use your blogsites towards your grades (so you'll get the help you need to keep them going)
Just throwing some ideas out there!
