it sounds positively wonderful!!! It's a good thing I'm not in your kitchen; I would definitely accept a slice and some coffee. But, I'm on a diet and I'm going to give away all my fruitcake after I make it.

Mmm....sounds good although I think the only fruitcake I've ever tried was some that was brought to an office potluck and well....the verdict was not so good.
Maybe I'll give one a try this year to go along with my Christmas cookies I'm determined to make.
