Yes, and I guess that's actually a minor coincidence (unlike most of what you posted). Nothing particularly weird about it, though. Edited for correction: Apollo 13 was launched at 14:13 local time (EST).

It launched on April 11, 1970 at 13:13 CST.....which is how they called it....do a wikipedia search on apollo 13 for confirmation
