Happy Birthday, Sylvia! I just got home from a night on the town. Saw a live show, had the people on stage, including Rick James' daughter, wish me Happy Birthday! Had one of those cakes at the table with candles that don't blow out. lol Thank all of you for the wonderful birthday wishes......it's just so great not being a jw anymore.

Ok....I'm slow...I just saw the comment with the hot sun...hot comment...doh...

Anyway, I had the best birthday. My son who joined the army was home for Thanksgiving. That was a gift in itself. He left for Texas @ 5am, but before he did, he bought me a $1200 laptop. I cried. My computer had recently gotten fried, and I was borrowing one. Then, my older sons took me out, and I got the best back massager. $200, some silver handmade pictures from Mexico.

I had Rick James' daughter sing me Happy Birthday. I got a red velvet cake with those annoying candles that never blow out. And tonight I'm going to see Eve perform at the Alhambra Palace here in Chicago.

I got many comments from good friends here, and on myspace....I am very happy right now.
