Also some treatments (such as certain colon cancers but not breast cancer) showed a higher rate of reoccurrence if one was given blood. Thus, some operations tried to perfect a "blood conservation technique"."
Notice that I qualified my statement by stating that it "seems" that JW persistance in refusing blood has actually had some benefits which could help others. This statement was based soley on what was presented on that Discovery channel show. I'm not disagreeing with you in the least, you seem well informed on this subject, compared to my comments based on one show.
