Viv, we're doin' OK. Just finished a bunch of remodeling on the house and landscaping, and got our Xmas stuff all up...now waiting for a windstorm tomorrow that will probably blow everything away.

Ona I was just looking at the red average line rather than where the blue line is going - but yes the blue line is more in the 2500-3000 range and going up too.
