Excellent thread Snowbird. So many wonderful men here, insightful, wise, intelligent, emotional, caring, giving and loving. I have learned alot from some excellent male posters in my short time here. Learned to view things and ideas I had never contemplated before. So many examples of those who have suffered tribulation and come out the other side to be wonderful human beings who we all admire and respect.
The amount of great men here, far outweighs the handful of narrowminded ones who haven't left the mentality of JWism behind, still expecting women to be seen and not heard. Most of the men of JWD, appreciate and enjoy the comments and posts of the ladies of JWD and we learn from each other. We help each other, grow with each other. Hats off to you gentleman, for being the wonderful brave, strong souls you are!

They are awesome!
Everyone here has had to confront enormous obstacles in their journey for truth. I have read with tears the stories of families ripped apart, distrust and worry from spouses, kids in crisis, and that added pressure from "the brothers" and the socety. It takes a special man to confront those things and continue to "live" according to his moral compass.
Thank you to all who share with us their complicated histories, and continue to help us all on this DB.
