I love my country, will not leave it. The smallmindedness of people, combined with generosity and compassion. However, the Islam and all the hatred that inspired is not so great, and is spoiling my beloved land.

If I had millions, I'd buy a vacation house in Scotland. But I'd never completely leave Holland.

my opinion..(based on inlaws-family in NJ and NYC metro and a host of folks from the urban NE i knew in Florida)

I dont think urban people are always"people persons" so to speak. They are very interested in events and activities but can be very offish and offer very little of themselfs to strangers.

In the south you cant speak on the phone or face to face without a little polite conversation. In rural Oklahoma were I live now , you will likely get a name and adress from a stranger on the first meeting. I always got a strange look when trying to be polite and social to most urbanites I came across.
