the dates for District conventions are easily obtained. they are outlined in the kingdom ministries. swords is always used (for the last 7 years at least)
circuit assembly dates are harder - they are announced to the congregation via a letter fro the circuit overseer.
there will be 2 dates for these, a 2 day and a 1 day special. you will need someone in the local area to provide you with these.

Assemblies in Ireland are usually in Dublin or Waterford.
