btw, from the searches I did (though certainly not completely exhaustive), you seem to be the only person on this planet who has ever posted anything on the Internet about this particular Van Der Waals (although there is plenty about the somewhat more famous scientist of the same last name LOL). I couldn't even find his name mentioned anywhere in the pre-2007 WT publications.

edit to add: If I edit this post enough times, I might finally get it right.

I agree onacruse because the other puppet presidents (Don Adams, Max Larson, etc...) have kept their position for many years. It doesn't make sense that just this one office would rotate. Hmmmm, what happened here.....
