"Have You Been DF'd? Get Reinstated FAST!" - a new book!

  Has anyone else seen this book? I'm half-tempted to order it. The author claims to be a presiding overseer, and claims to have lost his son to suicide after the son was DF'd.

  "Anthony Crispin had a fine, spiritually active son. He pioneered right out of high school, served at Bethel, married and had two children. Then his son was disfellowshipped because of an immoral indiscretion that occurred before his marriage. His son was shunned by the people he had known and loved all of his. Seventeen months after he was disfellowshipped he committed suicide. He could not take the consequences of being disfellowshipped and he lost hope.   I wonder if he mentions the importance of familial influlence in the proceedings?

  By the way, I think that ALL peripheral literature is helpful. Imagine, a faithful Witness wouldn't DARE show off such a purchase at home, but wouldn't it be tempting to get it?

  I'm almost positive he was the PO in the North East, we definetly had a Brother Crispin as the travelling guy to our congregation. I think this is a pretty funny book though, I heard there's a whole series of these books ready to come out which show how to get away with things in the orginization:

  "How to masturbate quietly while at meetings"

  "You can watch R rated Movies"

  "How to inhibit your own thought process to agree with whatever the Watchtower is saying this week."

  "New Light: No Problem"

  "How to molest hundreds of kids and still hold your standing in the orginization (It's easier than you think)"

  "You say Tomato; I say Conscience Matter"

  "Scared of Death? Fool-proof ways on getting that blood transfusion you need for living without any lingering consequences."

  "You can be an elder and commit adultery"

  A self-help book for JWs dealing with organizational policy....it was bound to happen!!

  Um...the phrase "like a dog returning to it's vomit" comes to mind...I think I'm gonna throw up...
