I have explained profusely that Jehovah's Witnesses are the best religious organization. Find me another one that surpasses them ! If you will not find don't criticize them as you will be fighgting God of the Bible !

You have to have a good reliable subsitute if you are not a Jehovah's Witness . I am not because I have a reliable substitude based on the Bible. Look how many of those who left the Jehovah Witness Organization after the 1975 prediction failed ended up very badly ! If they had come with a new better understanding of the Bible and stronger faith would be another story but they had changed for worse like they went from the frying pan into the fire ! And nobody with common sense would like that !

Christianity was never an "Organization". But the Mafia is.

    Hi,
The interesting thing about prophecy is that it is for all believers in the New Testament (not just a select few).

Also that prophets are accountable and should be tested to see if their prophecies come true.

In the Old Testament false prophets were stoned. In the New Testament false prophets only loose credibility, not their lives :)

So prophecy becomes even more fascinating when it starts 'coming to pass' and is personal. Far better than the 'big' prophecies which may or may not come to pass in our lifetime.

    Welcome, Chalam.

Prophecies SHOULD be tested to see if the prophet is actually truthful or not. Since the WT. has proclaimed itself a "prophet", I believe in a 1972 WT, they have to back their words up. They are accountable before God.

I could never make sense of ANY bible prophecy. None of them made any sense and when you get the dubs involved, well you see what happens. Ridiculous, to say the least. Show me one prohecy that can be proven as haqving occurred. This is not an open invitation to OBVES. I think that he and Jcanon are the same person. Their prophecies rival those of the dubs. How cazn anyone really stand on that platform and talk about these things as if they are true?

I gave a talk 1 time about where the year 1914 came from. I was 19 and had to just bite my tongue to give that talk. I did not believe 1 word of what I said but felt I had no choice. I later was able to convince myself that I was wrong because I hadn't put in the years of study that the society has to get to the point that they were at. I made myself believe that for years, but eventually I could no longer live with the idea of bible prophecy predicting a talk at an assembly 2000 years later. What is wrong with these bozos?

If they are the 'best' religious organization why doesn't God make them privy to some "truth". I preached 45 years that the 'generation' alive in 1914 would live to see the end of the system. What are you going to do, go back and tell everyone you 'prophesied falsely' to that you made a mistake.

God Bless the ones smart enough to leave in the aftermath of 1975. The leaders of the organization proved themselves beyond any doubt they were false prophets. They are despicable men, serving the Devil, and shutting up the heavens from those that listen to them.

The reason ex-JW's lose their faith is that they are TRAINED to view the organization as their God. When they leave that, they often times are lost. Ezekiel the 34th chapter promises that Jesus will regather these scattered ones.

By the way, why don't you be obedient to them and get the hell out of here? I would like for you to stay if you by now had seen the fallacy of the WT, but since all you are doing here is counting time with us, my advice is leave and go worship your God, the Watchtower. They don't want you here either.

I used to be interested in prophecy.

I almost memorized the book, "Babylon the Great Has Fallen (in 1919), God's Kingdom Rules".

That was such a preposterous lie by Fred the Scholar Franz. (Rhodes Scholar, Greek and Hebrew Scholar, NOT)

But, in the 70's we went through a series of books that changed all the prophecies that I had understood, and now with this new flash of shit light, I had to relearn all the meanings of the prophecies.

I refused to do it. I realized that far back that their prophecies were wrong. Even their solid prophecy of the generation went the way of the rest of their trash. The UN as the Scarlet Colored Wild Beast is now in the process of biting the dust.

No one but a "forgetful hearer" would dare stay in that false religious system.

    Hi minimus,
I agree, prophets should be tested, to see if they come true and if they tie up with the Bible (God won't contradict Himself).

The WTS are quite clearly false prophets as their prophecies do not come true and do not tie up with the Bible.

They will have to give an account of their actions (as we all will) and unfortunately for many Matthew 7:22-23 will come to pass

"Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name..."
"Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'"

    Regards,
    Stephen
