You have friends. That means if you feel completely horrible that your brain is not viewing things properly. You are loved. You are cared about. If your brain isn't letting you feel the joy and warmth from that, there's hope. You can get back to feel those warm feelings. They still exist. You just need to find out why your brain isn't letting you feel them. Maybe something is blocking your dopamine or not creating enough of it. There is an answer and you can find it because YOU ARE LOVED AND CARED FOR!
