I haven't seen her around in awhile. She sent me a PM about a month ago and I replied, but it's still showing that she hasn't received it. I got a Christmas card from her and I sent one to her. The only phone number I have is old. Does anyone have her new number with her mom?

I am new to these online activities. is a PM a private message or some other acronym at play? Is there a rule book? I keep goign to the wiki page to understand acronyms but even they argue about the meaning.

Yep, it's a Private Message. You send one by clicking on the name of the user. There's a button to "send message" at the bottom.
