My feeling is that it's excellent when people are seen to be enjoying life! Surely it's what life is about and we should all be encouraged and helped to do so.
I too am split from my ex and feel it was way overdue. I genuinely wanted her to find happiness! Not every heart seems so inclined and WT farm control ensures communication censure wields their ugly power in ways unknown.

Sorry about that. It stinks. At the very least you have a new ending and starting point. My dad had a saying, "Marry in haste, repent at leasure".
I was quite tickled when my ex got remarried. Finally someone else would see the real her! She hid it quite well. Good show for the friends. I hope she doesn't put the guilt trips on him, then maybe again, I hope she does. Oh, it also helped my wallet to the tune of $500.00 a month. Saved me about $22,500.00 over what 2 and a half years?? tankyou very much. Enjoy your new freedom friend.

I have been where you are, and even though you wanted the marriage to end . . . it just feels weird! The thought of someone you loved at one point, being with someone else still hurts in a way, just the finality of it all. Take care, and move on with your life. You can get remarried if you want to . . . but only when and because you want to.

I mean, why go out on dates, spend thousands when you can fly to Thailand, get an 21 year old hottie that no speakie english, bring her home while all your needs are met, and then after 7 years she'll be americanized and you can trade her in for another 21 year old?
I have a friend, wealthy lawyer.. does just this every 7 years. He's done it twice now.
