Being a reformed "yes" man, I now love the word "NO", especially in capital letters. I love saying NO to people. When people call me at work to have their computers fixed, passwords reset, or to resolve any computer issue, it takes every ounce of inner strength I have to refrain from saying NO to them. When telemarketers call I just yell NO at them and hang up the phone.
I just love saying NO to people!
