Never made it over to Mississippi, but Mobile is a nice city. I've always loved the Gulf Coast area. Wish I wasn't stuck up north (north Alabama, that is )

Just one bit of advise stay away from the WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unless you own this or a house boat. And have plenty of this on hand

or move to one the finest Areas of the Mississippi Those beautiful Smokey Mountians and that way you'd be safe for sure.....

A distilling machine might be in order. Seriously, check out the cost of hurricane and flood insurance before you consider buying anything, and the avaiilability of it in your desired location.
