When I have a burger and fries for lunch I take a bite then another and a few fries and dip them in ketchup and have my lunch...but when it comes to hot wings something comes over me and I don't just eat them I tear into them and rip them apart...the base animal comes out in me like I'm hunting down prey and shreading it for my survival...then I sit back satisfied that I have destroyed my prey and will live another day to hunt again...

Wings, or "drumettes" as the actual piece is sometimes called. Or boneless skinless breasts sliced into strips, or even drumsticks. Place in large plastic freezer bag. Add touch of mayonaise, italian dressing, and every type of hot you can find. Dave's insanity, cayenne, tobasco...........any and all. Marinate overnight. Grill. Dip in a combo of mayo and Yucatan Sunshine (or hot sauce of choice) or blue cheese dressing (for wimps, but mighty tasty). MMMMmmmmmmm

Oh I hear ya!!!! I love me some hot wings too, blue cheese dressing AND ice cold beer....I make about 30 pounds of wings for Superbowl every year, although this year I may have to make more, we've got a few more friends coming over to watch the game .....M M Good!!!!
I deep fry them, and freeze them. Then, the day of the game, I make up the sauce, using Louisiana Hot sauce and butter, coat the frozen wings and re-heat in the oven....
....yup,....* sigh*.... can't wait for the game to start,....I have a cravin'.

Delilah girl! It is yummy! Make sure you marinate for at least a day, that's what gets the heat in deep!!! Which is incidentally why home made are so goooooooooooood!
