Hi Paula !! Welcome to JWD.
You mentioned problems with posting a picture : when you hit the reply button (or when you create a post) you will see in the format section (somewhere left to the smilies) a paperclip. When you click on that you can upload a picture and select it after that to attach to you post. I have no clue how (and if) you can change your profile name.

I updated my profile, found the profile area, thanks to your advice. I added a photo and some details and pressed the update button but so far its not showing up. Hope I did it ok.
Is PM when I privately message someone?? Also I read a couple of the posts here, it sounded like they were actually still witnesses. Are they lurking here?
Your picture is not showing in your profile, nor is the updated info.... PM is when you send someone a private message.
And yes, there are some people that still believe in the WTS around.
Eddited to add : when you upload a picture for your profile, be sure to check the box saying "upload picture". Maybe you already did that and it still didn't work ... but that was a mistake I made myself many a times
