I still have a year left but will have my b.s. in literature and communication studies. Then I get a lovely teaching certificate, and woo-hoo!

Can't believe I missed this the last couple of times it was around
I dropped out of HS after Grade 10.
When I left the borg (33 yrs old) I realized I better learn something so tried a couple of college course and wow I passed them. So... I enrolled full-time in a Social Counseling Diploma Program for Porfessionals and specialized in individual counseling in physical and sexual abuse issues. Graduated with Honors - a real shocker for someone who was always told I was too dumb to amount to anything.
Then went off to University to study psychology and loved the psych but hated what they wanted me to become so switched to Applied Social Science and again was able to specialize in abuse issues but this time on individual and group counseling.
And I am considering going back for a Master's in Social Work? (maybe) with a specialization in cultic groups and abuse issues. Still thinking about it.
