It's not at the Pirate Bay...But here's an idea....show up at your local Kingdom hall tommorow night and pick yourself up a copy. Then you can sell the CD on Ebay. If fact you can make copies of it and sell for $20 bucks each.
Besides though is there really a need for the 2007 version? I mean I have the 2004 version on my computer and Im still able to find many incriminating articles. Ive got the 2005 and 2006 CD's but just havent gotten around to putting them.

The CD is available via a bit torrent. It took me about a week but eventually I was able to get it.

The file is a .GI (Global Image?) file and can be opened with ISOBuster which is available at no cost for the trial version.
ISOBuster will also burn this .GI file to a CD.
