I googled the phrase and got the idea of what it means: the ratio of useful information to false or irrelevant data. So if you figure there is one piece of truth in every 1000 pieces of JW bullpucky, the ratio of useful information to false would be 1/1000 or .001. I watched some of the videos - in German mostly, which I don't understand, but I got the point. Wish I knew the back story - who made the videos and why?

The German brothers had to move into the first World War against Anglo-America.

It adds hundreds of locations to this into the German Watchtowers.

Gave forces' postal service, Obituary notices and extra literature for the soldiers.

There were a hymnbook of his own and a prayer-book for the front soldiers.
