WORLD TRAVELLER- " Her Majesty's Satanic Request ", good album. I liked Brown Sugar .
CHANGELING- Paint it Black and Ruby Tuesday - great songs.
MARSAL- How greatyou got to see Stevie Ray & the Stones as well ! Cool ! Don't feel embarrased about being moved to tears . My son took me 2 years ago to see Paul McCartney live for the first time at Arco Arena- I had moist eyes too, believe me ! To see the great legends of music perform - it's awesome ! I see you are from California ? We are having an apostafest on July 4th weekend at South Lake Tahoe if you are able to come ? Would love to have you !
MINIMUS- Yeah ! Eventually I will get to quite a few groups . I think people enjoy cutting loose a bit and it relaxes them ! Don't worry - I'm used to people looking at my threads funny ! LOL! I love rock n' roll- it's such spiritually invigorating music , you like it too ? Peace out, Mr. Flipper -
Maddie

MADDIE- Great song picks ! Little Red Rooster has always had a real bluesy feel to it ! Jagger does good singing that bluesy style at times ! Peace out, Mr. Flipper

Favorite album- Sticky fingers. I remember they had a zipper on the cover. Unfortunately, I threw it away when I was told I had to purge my devil music to become a good little dub.
Favorite songs,
Paint It Black, Angie, Bitch, Wild horses, Mother's Little Helper and too many more to mention.

Sam Cooke did a version of Little Red Rooster. Another musician that left us too early.

I am in Northern California, so South Lake Tahoe is fairly close. I hope I can make it.

So many Stones favs. I used to be a virtual "fan"atic but no so much anymore. I've got "time waits for no one" playing now. LOVE Mick Taylor's solo on this one. It sort of has a quality like the solo on "Jackie Blue" by the Ozark Mountain Daredebils. Very flowing and I do like them kinda solos.
I always liked Satanic Majesties. My brother bought that whilst we were at an assembly! HA, gotta love it! I think it has on it what must have been the very first reference to cyber sex!
Seen the Stones a couple years or so ago. I was surprised at how STRONG Jagger's voice seemed. Just a good night perhaps? lol
Anybody else have a DVD called "Being Mick"? An inside look at the "real" Jagger. Quite good I thought.
