The dogs gave their lives to release him from bondage of the WT..

The dogs were angels in disguise!!!!

Oh, and can't you just "feel the love" of the overseer? Such a loving bunch, hope they are around when I have a loved one pass away to give me such "comfort"... <GAG>..

This is one of the most repulsive things I've heard one human do to another in my life!!!!!

I happened to find this article too..

    *** g09 6/8 18-20 Can You Really Care for a Baby? ***
"Not all adults consider the consequences of accepting another “member” into the family. They do not always foresee the inconveniences and responsibilities that a baby can bring. This may especially be true of Jehovah’s Witnesses, who lead such busy lives in their Christian ministry and are often away attending meetings and Christian conventions. Then the problem of finding someone to care for the kids arises. Certainly, it would not be appropriate to miss Christian activities because of an overly sentimental attachment to offspring.—Hebrews 10:24, 25.

Hence, anyone who really wants a child should consider whether he is willing to make the daily sacrifices necessary for a healthy child. Does he have the facilities for proper care and attention? And remember, kids eat and big kids eat a lot! That can make quite a dent in your pocketbook—yet another factor to take into account. Children do get sick, and medical costs may take you by surprise.
Another factor is hygiene. The tongue of many babies is also their washcloth, which they use for all parts of their body! While adults are equipped to handle the germs that they ingest, children may not be. So do not encourage your kid to kiss. Even allowing a kid to lick your face and hands may expose the kid to health problems, possibly including worms. When it happens, washing with soap and water at once may prevent infection. kids should have their own feeding dishes and should not be allowed to lick plates used by adults. Kids can bring fleas and other “undesirables” into the home. Some owners of kids wisely do not allow them in their houses."

HMMM, so it is not a good idea, the Watchtower says to have pets, children, or anything that takes precious time away from them. Sounds a bit like the BORG on Star Trek. What is the point in living if you can not enjoy life. Yea, sure babies will take up time, cost money. But just think when they grow up and have babies of their own. Then ain't that where the fun begins, with grand children. Me personally I could not picture my life with out my children. I remembered this couple in a congeration that I went to. The brother was sent to prison for not going into the military back in WW2. He got married to a sister. This couple never had any children, they said we can have them in the New System. Well the wife passed away about 5 years ago. And the husband, he is in his late 70's now. He has no children, great grand children. He is just a lonly old man now.

Give me a break! Of course they wash ALL parts of their body, any of you take a bath and just wash certain parts? Subtle negatives, the number one teaching tool of the org!

Regarding the "wash all parts of their body" part:

The "brothers" on the writing committee only mentioned that because they are secretly jealous that a dog can lick his own "jewels"
