File is 311Mb in size and .rar format, extract the files using a program like WinRAR then either burn the contents to CD or install it directly to your hard drive.
Uploading file itself to Megaupload, will post link when availible.
Let us know when we can download it directly. Bit torrent doesn't work for me because of a firewall.
Use the free program uTorrent to download torrent files.
It is not working for me either. (Or is it normal that you do not see any activity for minutes?)

I had no problem downloading the 2006 WT Library and burning it to a cd with burnatonce.
I have WinRar but I am having a terrible time with this because I can't get the Watchtower Library 2007 to even start downloading.
Therefore, I will be willing to pay someoene for a usable link or a burned cd of the 2007 WT Library.
Until then I will just chew on my nails.

Honesty:
You can also unzip and install the entire WT Library file by using ( ALZIP ). Scroll down to almost the bottom at the link below and download ALZIP, which will unzip and install many different files.
1. Download the torrent file provided by brinjen.
2. Download and install ALZIP
3. Right click on the downloaded torrent file and (Send file to) ALZIP.
4. ALZIP will then (extract) all the files and then all you have to do is click on (install) at the top of the ALZIP program. ALZIP will install the WT Library CD to your computer, and then you can burn that file that ALZIP made for you to a CD.
